DIEGO PERNÍA

Director/photographer Diego Pernía started his career via stage productions, studying under Eiko Ishioka, the acclaimed Japanese set and wardrobe designer behind “The Cell” and Francis Ford Coppola’s “Dracula.” Diego’s transition to commercial work resulted in spots for brands like Sony, HSBC, Ponds, Nissan and Mercedes-Benz. In addition, he has directed and produced TV shows for the Discovery Channel, BBC, MTV and E! Entertainment. He has spent the last few years as the film and live show director for the Grammy Award-winning Zac Brown Band, and collaborating with Cirque du Soleil.
